2019 was a banner year for Manhattan Tech Support. So much happened in just 12 months, it’s almost hard to keep track of it all. Our team recently sat down to catalog all the great things that inspired us last year and pick out some of the accomplishments that we think will most impact our clients.
We Achieved Outstanding, Sustained Growth Throughout 2019
Manhattan Tech Support nearly doubled in size this year, bringing on a variety of new clients from a wide range of industries. In doubling our client base, we went on a relentless hunt for world-class talent as well and hired extensively across all departments. In fact, we almost outgrew our office space!
Not only did we manage strong growth, but we also did so while ensuring a very high level of service. We addressed tens of thousands of support tickets and achieved an overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 96.7.
The Launch of Our New Website
Unlike our offices here next to Bryant Park, the Internet offers unlimited room for expansion. We took advantage of that opportunity and created a new, first-class presence on the Internet by launching a newly redesigned website early this year.
Our new home on the web not only allows us to better communicate the spirit of Manhattan Tech Support, including our enthusiastic commitment to customer satisfaction, it also gives us a more effective platform to offer educational content to our clients.

Kaytuso – Manhattan Tech Support’s Cybersecurity Division

An On-Going Commitment to Social Welfare and Philanthropy
We want our clients and staff to be happy and engaged, of course, but our commitment to communal well-being spreads to the greater society as well. That is why we participate in a variety of charitable activities every year.
Cycle for Survival
One of the activities that we’re proud to have taken part in is the “Cycle for Survival” fundraiser. Founded in 2007 to help fund rare cancer research, Cycle for Survival is now a nationwide indoor cycling event that raises money to sponsor research studies and clinical trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
This year, the Manhattan Tech Support team raised over $4,000 for the event, 100% of which will go directly to funding cancer research.
The Shoebox Project
We were also proud to sponsor the ShoeBox project here in NYC, a program that distributes shoebox-sized care packages to women in need. This year, we were able to sponsor 17 shoeboxes through the organization’s NYC chapter, helping to make Christmas a little happier for families in our community.
The Goals and Challenges We Face in the Year Ahead
To keep up with the phenomenal rate of growth we achieved in 2019, we’ve set some ambitious goals for the new year. At the same time, there are some critical challenges ahead. Here are some of our important plans for 2020.
Expand Our Staff and Service Offering for Greater Customer Satisfaction
As Manhattan Tech Support grows, we plan on expanding and evolving our services to account for the latest wave of compliance regulations, advanced cybersecurity technologies and intelligence, and the productivity tools businesses need to achieve greater efficiency.
This evolution has an internal component too, as we further streamline and automate our own systems and processes so that we can deliver even better, more consistent service to our customers in a most timely manner.
