    Originally conceived as a "resource share" between 3 very different NYC-based IT companies, ManhattanTechSupport.com LLC is formed and registered with the state of New York. Our goal is clear - provide NYC businesses with exceptional service backed by decades of combined industry knowledge.

    No Contract Necessary

    As part of our strategy to disrupt the NYC IT support market, Manhattan Tech Support introduces the "No Contract" agreement. The concept is simple - "by providing our clients with great service and continual value, there's no reason for them to leave."

    We're Kind of a Big Deal

    Manhattan Tech Support leases our first dedicated office space - a full floor in a brownstone just a few blocks from Grand Central Station. A few months after, we're featured in Crain's New York. We close the year surpassing $1MM in revenues for 2014.

    Acquisitions? Yes Please

    Tech Support shouldn't end with computers, routers and Word. In alignment with our new strategy to become a full-service technology partner, Manhattan Tech Support acquires Exceed Digital - a custom business software development company the helps businesses achieve greater operational efficiency through custom software.

    Hypergrowth!

    In accordance with our aggressive growth strategy, Manhattan Tech Support sees an increase in revenues of over 50% from 2016. Our staff grows to 20+ employees - yeah baby!

    It's a Major Award

    Manhattan Tech Support is recognized by CRN magazine - an industry staple - and included in their 2018 MSP 500: Pioneer 250 list. With over 22,000 live answered calls, more than 7,000 completed service requests, and a 97.1 positive CSAT rating, it's an honor and a privilege to share with such an amazing team.

    New Year, New Division, New Website(s)

    With security at the forefront of technology, Manhattan Tech Support introduced a new division - Kaytuso - which offers critical managed cybersecurity solutions for SMBs and Enterprises. Moreover, the new ManhattanTechSupport.com website was launched, providing a more comprehensive glimpse into our full breadth of technology services and solutions. Additionally, we doubled in size, hired a lot more world-class talent, and almost outgrew our existing office space. Inc. magazine listed us in their top 5,000 fastest growing companies in the US, and Crain’s New York recognized Manhattan Tech Support as one of New York’s Best Places to Work.
