We employee three main types of activity monitoring:
- Hidden Agents: Hidden Agents are programs installed on your employee's PC which is undetectable. It sits in the background and collects information about all of the users activity, and reports it back to you so you can view a summary of everything that went on during the work day. You can drill into more detail and see actual screen shots of what the employee did during the day.
- Keylogging: Records all keystrokes and characters in and out of the employee's computer. These reports can be logged and sent to you for analysis. This is a useful way to get a report of emails that the employee sent and received and also website that were visited and search terms used.
